Heyyy Girls!!!
Today's review is special. Because firstly, its a shampoo and I love trying and reviewing new shampoo's and secondly, today I will be reviewing my most beloved and trusted hair product ever.
Reviewing today, Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin 1 Shampoo.
Kerastase says :
"Gently cleanses and nourishes hair, providing optimal hair fiber nutrition. Leaves hair soft and shiny with a lightweight finish.
The patented DOSAGE GLUCO-ACTIVE 1 (1100 PPM*) technology combines optimal dosages of proteins, lipids and glucose to restore hair's ideal nutritive balance."
Price : INR 1778
The shampoo comes in a plastic bottle which is off white in color and has a saffron color top cap. The cap can be screwed open and the bottle has a minute hole in it from which you can dispense the shampoo. The shampoo is a clear whitish color liquid which is thin in consistency and has a peculiar medicine like smell. The shampoo does not lather much and thus those with a greasy scalp and who use a whole lot of post wash styling products may feel the need to rinse their hair twice with this shampoo to throughly remove the oil and product build up.
Application :
Apply a quarter-sized amount to wet hair and scalp. Massage head using palms of hands. Emulsify and rinse thoroughly.
Pro's of Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin 1 Shampoo :
Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin 1 Shampoo is a luxury brand of shampoo patronised by some of world's best hair dressers, salons and their elite and celebrity clients. Also, the formula for this shampoo is enriched with nutritive formulas that care for your hair while cleansing. The gentle cleansing formulas though perfect for the dry, damaged hair types this shampoo is meant for make it unsuitable for oily hair. I am a die hard hair style and dye adventurer, making this the best shampoo to deal with the damage I invariably cause to my hair. If you have fine hair which needs a gentle cleansing shampoo for daily damage care and are ready to pay a premium price for the same then you must give this shampoo a try.
Final Verdict :
Kerastase Nutritive Bain Satin 1 Shampoo gets a 4/5 from me!

Whoa! For that quantity, it;s pretty expensive!!
ReplyDeleteHey Nivedita,
ReplyDeleteYup, Kerastase is an expensive shampoo but if your hair is in need of some desperate TLC, you can't get any better than this. Sadly, due to the steep price, I use it sparingly almost as a treat for my hair.
