Monsoon Fashion Must Have's: Jumpsuits

Heyyy Girls!!!
The advent of the rains brings with them joy and relief for finally the long sweltering summer days are behind us. We Girls look forward to those first rains with much anticipation due to the pleasant change in the weather and the many romantic possibilities they bring with them (wink! wink!). But sadly fashion has to take a back seat over ease and comfort due to the muddy wet roads and hot humid environment. We have to put away those nude peep toes we love so much and the flowing summery dresses. The rains sure demand that we make necessary changes to our wardrobe but that doesn't mean that you have to surrender your self to being a fashion casualty.
Shorts, mini-skirts, capri pants and knee length dresses are some wise choices for the rains.

Team these up with some cute color full flip-flops.

Accessorize your outfit with long necklaces with charms and rings shaped like your favourite flowers for the adorable girl next door look.

The biggest fashion grace for me these rains are the jumpsuits! Yes, they are back with a big bang this year too and have gotta be a fashion staple for your wardrobe because they definitely are in mine!!

Jumpsuit originally referred to the utilitarian one-piece garments used by parachuters/skydivers, but has come to be used as a common term for any one-piece garment with sleeves and legs.

So what was once the garment worn exclusively by aviators, astronauts, formula one drivers and janitors has now made it to the pages of high fashion magazines like Vouge, Grazia and Harper's Bazaar. Jumpsuits are one piece garments so they provide comfort but at the same time with the detailing, cuts and different necklines available you are sure to set high fashion alarms ringing. You can choose from noodle straps to tube top jumpsuits. Ankle length, calf length or short jumpsuits come for all tastes and moods so you have a whole lot of variety to select from.

Colorful and floral patterns look best for both summer and the rains so make sure to pick up one of these. Also different fabrics like cotton, polyester, spandex, nylon and jersey can help in giving a variety of shapes and fittings to your jumpsuit which is just right for your body type.

So go ahead, get that super chic jumpsuit that will help you tide over the fashion hassles that the rains bring with them and let you enjoy them looking as fashionable as you always want too.

  2. Awwww... You are so kind with your words. A Big Thank you to my Biggest fan ;) These kind words keep me motivated :) As for your query about the jumpsuits, if you have an apple shaped body, go for styles which have interesting leg features such as harem pants or cuffed bottoms. You could even try interesting twin colored styles where the color of the top is darker than at the bottom to give a slimier look. Avoid big prints or horizontal prints on the torso. Go in for shorter lengths so as to bring your attention to your legs. Here are some helpful photo links:

As for the accessories you can buy the charm necklace at Accessorize in Inorbit mall. Will advise you to wait for the Accessorize sale which will probably start by the end of this month. The flower ring online orders can be placed here:
