To Splurge or Not to Splurge :
L'Oreal Hydra Fresh Instant Freshness Toning water is a nice toner for combination/oily skin types as it helps in clearing the excessive oil while maintaining moisture levels which is exactly what you want your toner to do. Normal to Dry skin types, please stay away from this one as it may strip your skin of what little oil it secretes. This toner has worked well for me in the winters and also kept acne and spots away, hence I will certainly splurge and even re-purchase this one.
